We constantly search for new avenues to source deals not posted on public listings or marketed through the brokerage community. ‘Market Value’ defines a pattern of similar transactions in a region….but it does not define ‘all’ transactions. At Metro Pinnacle, we strive to do transactions that fall outside of the market pattern.

Derrick Taub is the managing member of Metro Pinnacle, and is involved in all facets of the business including acquisition identification, due diligence, transaction financing/ closing, and the regular management and improvement of the asset portfolio.
Derrick is a Certified Public Accountant in the United States and a Chartered Professional Accountant in Canada
